I'm Lucy Alvarez, a San Antonio REALTOR® helping property owners prepare, market and sell their homes with confidence, while guiding buyers through resale and new construction. I don't believe in simply listing homes—I believe in helping people move forward. My approach is hands-on because every home and every client deserves more than a sign in the yard. I help sellers prepare their homes to make the best first impression, identify what needs attention before going to market, and develop a strategy that makes sense for their goals. I guide buyers through every step of the process, from understanding their options to finding the right property. My background in compliance taught me to pay attention to details, communicate clearly and protect the people I serve. I bring those same values into every real estate transaction.
